品質中心

制定檢驗規範。進料、製程、成品及出貨檢驗。

管理中心

規劃人力資源政策。人員招募任用、薪酬福利、教育訓練、績效考核事宜。集團資訊環境規劃及建置。
電腦化作業系統評估與導入。資安管理。

財務中心
