1.為防止DXC民主共和國及其毗鄰社區的衝突礦產用於我司的原材料上,執行公司對衝突礦產的政策,及改善電子供應鏈的條件 ,支持區域採購計劃,使得DXC及其周邊國家有合法貿易。
2.政策聲明:不使用來自剛果國際非法采礦而來的金屬,即所謂:衝突礦產,所有合格供應商應該調查其產品中的含金、鉭、錫、鎢等金屬,並確認這些物質的來源。
3. 技術部應該根據實際產品的需要,將所需要的材料的規格等相關要求傳遞給採購部,要求採購部尋找合適的供應商送樣承認 ,並對此材料是否含有衝突礦產的風險評估信息年給採購部及品質部。
4. 採購部針對技術部對材料的規格及品質要求選擇適合的供應商,要求供應商送樣承認,同時將品質部需求的《RMI_CMRT》調查表及需要簽署的《不使用衝突礦產保證書》轉交給供應商對所送樣的物料進行衝突礦產的資訊調查並對材料做出承諾保證,將將供應商簽署的《不使用衝突礦產保證書》及調查結果交與品質部判定材料中是否符合DXC民主共和國無衝突金屬的要求。
5. 品質部根據技術部評估披露的材料含有衝突礦產風險的資訊,向采購部發出《RMI_CMRT》調查表,並要求採購部跟進於規定時間內要求供應商調查完畢將調查的結果回傳公司。
6. 品質部根據供應商提供的對材料進行《RMI_CMRT》調查表的資訊進行核實確認,並判斷材料是否符合DXC民主共和國無衝突金屬的要求。
7. 調查的結果如果是符合DXC民主共和國無衝突金屬要求的,則將此資訊傳遞給研發部,工程部及采購部。
8. 調查的結果如果是材料中有使用DXC及其周邊的衝突礦產的,則要求 供應商提供書面的解析並立即停止採購及使用EXC及其周邊的衝突礦產,重新選擇新的礦產來源,並提供有效的證據證明新的礦產是 DXC民主共和國無衝突金屬要求的及制訂相應的改善,預防措施,以符合DXC民主共和國無衝突金屬要求,同時還要求供應商簽署《不使用衝突礦產保證書》。
9. 當《RMI_CMRT》調查表有更新版本時,應立即按新版本給所有供應金屬相關原材料的供應商調查,并在10個工作日內回覆。
