With an Executive MBA from Taiwan National Chengchi University and over 20 years of experience in the LED industry, Mr. Huang founded Brightek Optoelectronics in 2001, successfully transforming it into a high-tech enterprise in China. In 2011, he was honored with the 34th Taiwan Entrepreneurship Role Model Award and led Brightek to a successful public listing in 2022.

Mr. Wu is a co-founder alongside the Chairman, with over 20 years of experience in LED sales, in 2011, he was honored with the 34th Taiwan Entrepreneurship Partnership Award and played a crucial role in Brightek’s successful public listing in 2022.

Mr. CH Tzeng, has over 20 years of experience in the optoelectronics industry. With expertise spanning R&D, product development, and marketing, he has held key roles at Everlight Electronics, Lextar Electronics, and Liteon Technology, driving innovations in LED and invisible light technologies. Mr. Tzeng holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical and Electro-Mechanical Engineering from National Sun Yat-sen University, Taiwan.

Mr.Chiu holds a Master's in Business Management from National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT) and is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).

With experience as Chief Auditor at Kan-I International Group and Executive Assistant to the Chairman at NIKO-SEM Microelectronics, he leads our financial strategy and management, driving global financial performance and growth.   

Dr.Darren Kao, the Head of our R&D holds a Ph.D. in Optoelectronic Engineering from National Chiao Tung University.

With extensive experience in product development, he has served as Director of Product R&D at Lextar Electronics and Senior Manager at the New Product Business Division of LITEON Technology. Dr. Kao now leads the R&D center, spearheading groundbreaking advancements that push the boundaries of technology and excellence.
