誠信經營政策

弘凱集團以高標準從業道德自我期許，不容許貪污、舞弊、濫用公司資產或利用公司資源圖謀私利的行為，透過持續性的教育訓練、政策宣導及內部稽核，要求每位同仁負起維持公司聲譽的責任。

弘凱集團要求每位入職員工簽署保密協議，嚴格要求員工不得任意傳播未經公司公開的訊息；董事及經理人不得任意發佈可能影響投資人作為投資決策依據的重大資訊。本公司已訂定「誠信經營守則」、「道德行為準則」、「防範內線交易管理辦法」等作業規範，任何違反規定的員工、經理人或董事，無論該行為是否違法，本公司仍得以依所獲得的資訊，對違反規定者進行必要的懲處。

尊重並重視智慧財產權是本公司一貫的政策，公司內部電腦開機畫面即聲明不得涉及侵害智慧財產權的行為，不得盜用他人電腦認證資訊，不得將電腦帳號借予他人使用，並不得利用公司網路從事與公司營業無關的商業行為、散佈他人隱私及損壞他人名譽的行為。

為落實誠信經營理念，本公司已建立有效之會計制度及內部控制制度並隨時檢討，稽核單位已將誠信經營理念溶入日常查核體系中，確保該制度之設計及執行持續有效。

本公司設有員工舉報信箱，允許匿名舉報，並鼓勵外部人士透過本公司網站「利害關係人專區」向本公司舉報任何不符合法規及違反誠信道德的行為。
