為了提高員工應對火災等突發事故的應急處理能力,確保員工生命安全以及公司財產安全,我們舉辦了一場規模宏大的消防演練。此次活動在公司領導的高度重視與各階層管理人員及員工積極響應下,取得了圓滿成功。
隨著廠區警鈴的響起,演習活動於當天下午5點正式開始,各車間員工按照預先設定的火災場景,在專業人員的指導下進行應急處理和疏散逃生演練。模擬火情發生後,各崗位員工迅速做出反應,按照規定的應急預案進行操作:緊貼牆壁,低姿勢行走,保持鎮靜,快速而有序地逃離火場。
隨後,安全保衛處講解了滅火器的使用方法並進行了示範。在認真聽講及觀摩後,全體員工分批次進行了滅火器現場演練。通過實際操作,每位參與者親自體驗了滅火的過程,並通過實戰化的演練,掌握滅火器的使用和撲滅初起火災的方法,得到了良好的演練效果。
為預防和減少暴力事件發生,提高安保人員面對暴力事件的處理,以最大程度減少因突發恐怖事件對員工損害。演練中模擬一位“暴徒”,攜帶刀具強行闖入廠區進行犯罪,公司內部安保人員發現後迅速報警,同時組織廠區安保人員手持防暴盾牌、防暴棍與“暴徒”展開周旋,最終安保人員合力成功控制“暴徒”,並迅速將其帶離現場。演練活動有序進行,按照預定方案完成了所有應急處理流程,達到了預期目標並獲得了良好的效果。
演練結束後,管理中心洪明甫副總經理對本次活動給予總結分享:“企業安全問題是我們的首要任務。通過這次演練,我們更深刻的認識到消防安全工作的重要性,以及員工在突發暴恐事件中的實戰處置能力。我們需要進一步強化員工的消防安全意識和安全防衛的能力。”同時提出對本次活動不足之處的改進要求,並對取得的成績給與了肯定。
